Chardonnay

Chardonnay clusters are conical or cylindrical-conical and of small to medium size, often more compact than loose. The berries are small to medium, spherical to slightly oval, with thin skins that are yellow green at harvest, developing golden-amber hues at maturity, particularly on the sun-facing side.

The flesh is juicy and tender, with a neutral taste balanced between sugar and acidity. Depending on the vineyard and vinification methods, these wines can be aged for many years.
