Chantal WILK and Jean TATIN took over the family farm which belonged to Jean’s father, Raymond TATIN, in 1988. They are both agricultural engineers, and they created their vineyards at the start of the 1990’s.
> 1990 “Les Ballandors”
> 1994 “Le Tremblay”
They took part in the revival of the QUINCY A.O.C. In 2016, the Quincy vineyards cover almost 300 hectares planted with white Sauvignon. Afterwards, in 2002, they created ‘Les Demoiselles Tatin’, a vineyard planted in Reuilly. This A.O.C. covers over 250 hectares, planted with Pinot noir for red wine, Pinot gris for rosé and sauvignon for white wine. Their youngest daughter, Maroussia, began working with them in 2010, and with her they decided to plant some Pinot gris and Pinot blanc to create a natural sparkling wine: ‘Mam’Zelles Bulles’
