Several generations of vine growers have built our 12 ha family run winery. Part of the vines is located at the foot of the winery. Pascal Bourgeois – recently joined by his son Pierre, passionately perpetuates viti-viniculture traditions and customs.

Our vineyard is composed with 50% Sauvignon blanc and 50% Pinot noir grapes classified in AOP (formerly named AOC) Menetou Salon. Our modest winery allows us to go for meticulous and environmentally friendly choices.

In the vineyard and at the cellar, you might observe Pascal totally dedicated to the vines while Pierre would be carefully mastering the wines, and meanwhile Nathalie and Gabrielle would welcome visitors. The key words at our estate are: respect for and learning from nature, magic of wine and conviviality.
